• The voucher is valid for 1 year from the purchase date;
• The voucher is not redeemable for cash or any other form of money and may not be resold;
• The voucher may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as the voucher has not been used at the time of refund. In this case the full purchasing amount, either in cash or credits, will be refunded;
• The voucher can be used on all website of The Topup Store which have the same currency as the currency in which the giftcard is issued;
• For the use of the voucher an accounts is not required;
• The voucher is not replaced if this is lost, stolen or used by a third party without permission;
• The voucher cannot be used in combination with other vouchers which must be filled in in the "use coupon code" field;
• The value of the cart is reduced when the voucher is applied. In case the value of the cart is higher than the (remaining) value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by means of one of the payment methods. In case the value of the cart is lower than the (remaining) value of the voucher, the remaining value of the voucher remains valid for the duration of the voucher and can therefore be used for a future transaction.

In case the terms & conditions of this product are violated, The Topup Store remains the right to reverse the validity of the voucher and, if deemed necessary, pursue further (legal) action.
