At The Topup Store we believe it is not only important that you receive your favourite gift cards quickly and easily, but also that you get the most value for your money. That is why we have developed a loyalty program that ensures that you can get the most out of your gift card purchases. With the loyalty program you can both earn credits which you can spend, as well as obtain status points that allow you to achieve a higher status.  Below you can find more information about how the loyalty program works exactly. 

How do I earn credits?

1. Log in here or create an account
2. Add your favourite gift card(s) to your shopping cart and check out
3. You earn 10 credits for every €1 you spend. Your credits are immediately credited to your account after payment. Click here to view your current credit balance

What can I do with my credits?

You can spend your earned credits for vouchers that give you a discount on your next purchase. In addition, we also have regular offers with partners so that you can exchange your credits for other great products or experiences. What are status points and what can I do with them?

Status points are points you can use to gain a higher status within the loyalty program. The higher your status, the more benefits you get. You receive 10 status point for every €1 you spend. Your status points are valid for one year and will be reset the moment you either achieve a new rank or one year after achieving your current rank.

How do I get to a higher status?

You earn status points with every order you place. If you have enough status points for a higher status within a year behaalt, then you can enjoy all the benefits of that for a year after that. status. The moment you achieve this status, your status point balance will be reset. If you haven’t earned enough status points within this year to maintain the status, you will go down one level the following year. If you’ve earned enough status points to maintain the status, but not to achieve a higher status? Then you remain the same status for an additional year. As soon as you earn enough points to reach a higher status, your new status starts from that day for a year and your status point balance will be reset.

An example:
You earn 1.000 status points with a purchase you’ve made on 1 January 2020. You are silver immediately and can enjoy all the benefits that this status entails from that moment until 31 December. Then, you make an additional purchase on 1 July that earns you 5.000 status points, which means you immediately reach gold. You can then enjoy all the benefits of your new gold status until 30 June 2021. If you have not made any further purchases this year, you will be downgraded to the silver status from 1 July 2021. This status will then be valid through to 30 June 2022.
